Job summary

Enterprise is seeking university students for its Management Internship at Vallejo or Fairfield locations. The role is part-time and paid at $22 per hour, with a clear path to learn leadership, customer service, and business fundamentals while supporting daily operations.

During the 10-12 week program, interns will rotate through duties similar to first- and second-year professionals, tackle projects, and compete in friendly challenges, under guidance from a team-based environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• Must be enrolled full-time at a 4 year university pursuing a Bachelor's degree in your final semester graduating by May 2027.
• Must have 3 months experience in one of the following: sales, customer service, or leadership.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• 10-12 week commitment with the availability to start employment in February 2027.
• Must be able to work 20-25 hours a week during the internship.
• This position requires a valid unrestricted drivers license.
• Qualified applicants with criminal histories will be considered as required by law.

From day one as a paid intern with Enterprise, you'll learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable skills in management. Our university/college interns take on the same challenges as our first and second year full-time professionals. It's a team-based environment; and throughout your internship, your peers will be right by your side helping you learn, grow and have fun. This role is for students in enrolled final semester at a college/university obtaining a bachelor's degree and graduating in May 2027. This position is part time and we offer $22 per hour.
