Job summary

Enterprise's Management Internship offers paid, hands-on business and leadership experience for university students. You'll join a team and learn what it takes to run a successful operation, from customer interactions to fleet management and marketing activities.

This part-time role in Santa Rosa, CA pays $22/hour. You must be in your final year, graduating by June 2028, enrolled full-time, with 3 months in sales or customer service, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• Must be enrolled full-time at a 4 year university pursuing a Bachelor's degree in your final year graduating by June 2028.
• Must have 3 months experience in one of the following: sales, customer service, or leadership.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• 10-12 week commitment with the availability to start employment in May 2027.
• Must be able to work 40 hours a week during the internship.
• This position requires a valid unrestricted drivers license.

Responsibilities

From day one as a paid intern with Enterprise, you'll learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable skills in management. Our university/college interns take on the same challenges as our first and second year full-time professionals. It's a team-based environment; and throughout your internship, your peers will be right by your side helping you learn, grow and have fun.

This role is for students in enrolled their final year at a college/university obtaining a bachelor's degree and graduating in by June 2028. This position is part time and we offer $22 per hour. This position requires a drivers license.
