Job summary

Enterprise Mobility invites university students to join its Management Internship program at our Berkeley and Oakland locations. You’ll gain hands-on experience in management while supporting real business projects as part of a team.

This paid internship is for final-year students graduating by May 2028, requires enrollment in a 4-year university, and offers $22 per hour with a 10–12 week commitment. A valid driver's license and US work authorization are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be enrolled full-time at a 4-year university and graduating by May 2028.
• Must have 3 months experience in sales, customer service, or leadership.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship.
• 10–12 week commitment with start in May 2027.
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week.
• Valid unrestricted driver's license required.

Overview

From day one as a paid intern with Enterprise, you’ll learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable skills in management. Our university/college interns take on the same challenges as our first and second year full-time professionals. It's a team-based environment; and throughout your internship, your peers will be right by your side helping you learn, grow and have fun.

This role is for students in enrolled their final year at a college/university obtaining a bachelor's degree and graduating by May 2028. This position is part time and we offer $22 per hour. This position requires a drivers license.

Responsibilities

When you join our Management Internship Program, you’ll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

• Must have 3 months experience in one of the following: sales, customer service,or leadership.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• 10-12 week commitment with the availability to start employment in May 2027.
• Must be able to work 40 hours a week during the internship.
• This position requires a valid unrestricted drivers license.
