Enterprise Mobility in West Islip, NY is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.

You will master customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations with mentoring and a clear path to running your own branch. We foster a culture of growth and internal promotion, offering comprehensive benefits and real career progression within a global mobility services

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Sales & Customer Service (commission sales, retail, service/hospitality).
• Leadership experience in military, athletics, or community organizations.
• Ability to operate a motor vehicle is essential; valid U.S. driver's license required.
• Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
• Must be within 1 hour commute of the location within 30 days of start.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Average of 46 hours per week expected.

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

In our hands-on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business.
