Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Peoria, IL. As an Assistant Manager you will help run a single store, hire and lead teammates, and drive guest satisfaction while achieving financial goals.

We provide a multi-week Store Leadership Training program to prepare you for success. You will benefit from a wide package including paid training, meals, a 401(k) match, health/dental/vision coverage, paid time off, and ongoing development

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operating a single store and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Provide leadership and coaching to team members and ensure smooth daily store operations.
• Participate in a 3+ week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
