Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in the Clinton area. As an MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one at a neighborhood branch and serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.

You’ll gain training in sales, customer service, finance, and operations, with mentoring and opportunities to advance to a branch manager role. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree or be close to graduating, and meet driving record and work

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or near graduation; degree conferral before start.
• Valid driver’s license with ≤2 moving violations in past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol conviction in past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least 6 months experience in two or more of: Sales, Customer service, Management, Athletics, Leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Join as MT in our Management Training program at a neighborhood branch.
• Learn the business from day one while developing skills in customer service, sales, and operations.
• Work toward running your own branch and building relationships in the community.
• Receive guidance and mentoring to succeed in the program.
