Job summary

The Management Trainee program at Cintas is designed to develop leadership across Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse, Office, and Service management through hands-on rotations.

You\'ll work with experienced managers, participate in professional development, and pursue advancement opportunities within the company, including executive seminars and divisional summits.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint.
• Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with key leaders on various projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
• Professional Development with access to Executive Leadership Seminars/Divisional Summits.
