Job summary

Cintas is offering an exciting Management Trainee program designed to kickstart your professional career. You’ll rotate through departments to gain leadership experience and a broad view of our operations, from outside sales to production and office management.

As a Management Trainee you will work with seasoned managers to develop skills, analyze sales data, and contribute to projects that improve sales performance and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree within six months.
• Meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) driving requirements for a regulated vehicle over 10,000 lbs before first day.
• Have an active driver’s license.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Obtain a DOT medical certification.
• Provide documentation regarding previous employment.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint.
• Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with key leaders on various projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
• Professional Development with access to Executive Leadership Seminars/Divisional Summits.
