Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for our Management Training Program located at 676 Upper Glen St., Queensbury, NY 12804. The program trains you to become a branch manager through hands-on learning, mentoring, and community engagement.

You will cover customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations while advancing within a culture that promotes from within. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year in sales, customer service, or leadership, plus a 46-hour

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Sales & Customer Service, or Leadership roles.
• Leadership experience in military, athletics, or community, social, or academic groups.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
• Able to commute within 1 hour to the location within 30 days of start.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Available to work an average of 46 hours per week.
• Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

In our hands-on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in any of the following:
  • Sales & Customer Service: commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry
  • Leadership: military, athletics/team activities, or community, social, or academic organizations
• The ability to operate a motor vehicle is an essential function of this position. Applicants must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
• Must be living within a reasonable commute of no more than 1 hour to the location(s) you are applying to within 30 days of anticipated start date.
