Enterprise Mobility is hiring for an immediate Management Training program in New York. The program starts at one of our Queens offices (Astoria, Woodside or Middle Village) with a structured path toward managing a branch, growing business and leading a team.

You will gain hands-on experience in customer service, sales, marketing and operations, supported by mentoring and a culture that promotes from within. Bachelor's degree and US work eligibility required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in sales/cust svc or leadership roles.
• Must be able to operate a motor vehicle with valid US driver’s license.
• Able to commute within 1 hour to listed NY locations.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Willing to work an average of 46 hours per week and be 18+.

Responsabilités

• Serve as face of Enterprise to customers and partners at neighborhood branches.
• Learn the business from day one in the Management Training program while based at a branch.
• Develop skills to run your own future branch, grow new business and lead a team.

• Competitive Compensation - The target compensation for this position is $62704 annually, which is based on an hourly rate of $24.61 plus any applicable overtime compensation for a 46-hour workweek.

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team. In our hands‑on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business. We’ll teach you how to excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations. And you’ll learn what it means to always put our customers first. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in any of the following:
  • Sales & Customer Service: commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry
  • Leadership: military, athletics/team activities, or community, social, or academic organizations
• The ability to operate a motor vehicle is an essential function of this position. Applicants must have a valid, unrestricted U.S. driver's license.
• Must be living within a reasonable commute of no more than 1 hour to the location(s) you are applying to within 30 days of anticipated start date.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Aside from religious observations, must be available to work an average of 46 hours per week.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
