Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in Plattsburgh, NY. As a Management Trainee, you’ll learn the business from day one and aspire to run your own branch through structured training, mentoring, and hands-on experience in sales, customer service, and operations.

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, customer service, leadership, or related fields.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license.

• Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
• Must be available to work an average of 46 hours per week.
• Must be living within a reasonable commute of no more than 1 hour to the location within 30 days of start date.

• Competitive Compensation - The target compensation for this position is $62704 annually, which is based on an hourly rate of $24.61 / hour, plus any applicable overtime compensation for a 46-hour work week.

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind‑the‑scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

In our hands‑on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in any of the following:
• Sales & Customer Service: commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry

• The ability to operate a motor vehicle is an essential function of this position. Applicants must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
