Responsibilities

• Participate in comprehensive training curriculum to develop skills in sales, leadership, team management, and business operations.
• Attend training sessions, workshops, and seminars led by industry experts and senior leaders.
• Shadow professionals and participate in sales processes for 4 weeks; involvement in recruitment/training for 3-6 months; shadow senior management.
• Assist with day-to-day tasks in sales, operations, and business administration to support ongoing initiatives.
• Collaborate with team on client campaigns and projects, contributing ideas to drive success.
• Take on progressively challenging assignments as skills develop.
• Demonstrate commitment to learning, growth, and personal development, seeking feedback and opportunities for improvement.
• Participate in regular performance evaluations and assessments to track progress.

Position Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our Management Training Program. The Management Trainee will undergo an intensive 6–12-month training program that includes cross-training in sales, leadership, and business administration. Throughout the programme, Trainees will receive mentorship, guidance, and support from experienced professionals as they gain valuable skills and experience to prepare them for leadership roles within the company.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in a comprehensive training curriculum designed to develop skills in sales, leadership principles, team management and business operations.
• Attend training sessions, workshops, and seminars led by industry experts and senior leaders within the company.
• Shadow experienced professionals and participate in sales processes for 4 weeks, shadow and be involved in new hire recruitment and training processes for 3-6 months and finally shadow senior management on business operations.
• Assist with day-to-day tasks and projects within sales, operations, and business administration departments to support ongoing initiatives.
• Collaborate with team members on client campaigns and projects, contributing ideas and insights to drive success.
• Take on progressively challenging assignments and responsibilities as skills and competencies develop throughout the program.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to learning, growth, and personal development, actively seeking feedback and opportunities for improvement.
• Participate in regular performance evaluations and assessments to track progress and identify areas for further development.
