Program Overview

The Management Trainee Development Program is a structured, three-phase initiative designed to provide high-potential college graduates with comprehensive exposure to all aspects of our operations. Over 24 months, trainees will rotate through departments, manage teams, and lead strategic projects while receiving mentorship and professional development.

Program Phases

Phase I – Rotational Assignments (12 Months): Hands‑on experience across planting, harvesting, manufacturing, packaging, distribution, and administrative support. Completion of a technical training report and presentations to the executive team.

Phase II – Team Management (6 Months): Supervise a team across shifts and locations. Develop leadership and people management skills.

Phase III – Project Management (6 Months): Lead a strategic improvement project based on business needs or personal initiative. Demonstrate leadership and problem‑solving capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
