Enterprise is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program. You will start in a neighborhood branch, learning how to run a branch, develop a team, and grow the business from day one. Expect exposure to customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or within 2 semesters of graduating.
• Valid driver's license with no more than three moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past three years.
• At least 6 months experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Leadership.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record within the last 3 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Join Management Training program and learn our business from day one at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and handle behind-the-scenes operations.
• In the structured program, learn to run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
• Gain exposure to customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Build community relationships to help grow the business and serve customers.
