The role emphasizes growth through training, mentoring, and internal promotion, with a path to manage your own branch by applying skills in sales, customer service, and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or current college student within 1 semester of graduation.
• At least 6 months experience in two or more: sales, customer service, management, athletics leadership, or campus leadership.
• Valid driver's license with ≤2 moving violations/AT faults in past 2 years.
• No drug/alcohol conviction in past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in future.

Responsibilities

• Learn business fundamentals through the Management Training Program from day one.
• Serve as face of Enterprise Mobility to customers and partners at branches.
• Develop skills in sales, marketing, finance, and operations to potentially run a branch.
• Participate in mentoring and community engagement to build relationships for business growth.
