Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program. The MT will learn the business from day one at a neighborhood branch, with a path to manage a future Enterprise location. Start in New Albany, IN, with additional IN sites in Clarksville, Jeffersonville, and Corydon.

The program emphasizes customer service, sales, and operations in a structured, mentored environment. You must have a Bachelor’s degree or be within one semester of graduating, a valid driver’s license

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree, or be within 1 semester of graduating with a Bachelors.

Responsibilities

• Learn the Enterprise Mobility business from day one at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and assist with operations.
• Participate in mentoring, training, and development to grow toward running a branch.
• Help build relationships in the community to grow the business and customer base.
