Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for an immediate Management Training program. You’ll start learning the business from day one at a neighborhood branch, serving as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while gaining hands-on operations experience.

You will receive mentoring and community-building opportunities to grow your own business. Training covers customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, with a culture focused on customer-first success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum six months experience in customer service, leadership or sales.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents in past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in past 3 years (DUI/DWI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and assist as the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• Receive guidance, mentoring and support in a hands-on learning environment and build community relationships for business development.
• Learn excellence in customer service, sales and marketing, finance and operations, while always prioritizing customers.
