You will work closely with experienced managers to build leadership skills, analyze sales data, and contribute to projects that improve sales and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree within six months is required.
• Active driver's license is required.
• Provide documentation regarding previous employment.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint.
• Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with key leaders on projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
• Professional development with access to Executive Leadership Seminars/Divisional Summits.
