Successful candidates will pursue a Bachelor's degree within six months, meet DOT requirements, and have an active driver's license. Opportunities for career advancement and leadership training are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree to be completed within six months.
• Active driver's license required; able to drive a regulated vehicle over 10,000 lbs; DOT certified.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Provide documentation regarding their previous employment.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint.
• Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with key leaders on various projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
• Professional Development with access to Executive Leadership Seminars/Divisional Summits.
