Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in the Central Phoenix market, including opportunities in Central Phoenix, Midtown, Biltmore, Arcadia, Downtown Phoenix, and PHX airport areas. As a Management Trainee, you will begin learning the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch, serving customers and supporting operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 1 year cumulated experience in the last 5 years in sales, hospitality, or leadership roles.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in 3 years).
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• No interview with Enterprise for the Management Trainee position in the last 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Management Training program and learn the business from day one.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and support branch operations.
• Learn to run a branch and develop teams, while gaining experience in sales, service, and operations.
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and opportunities to grow within the company.
