Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for immediate openings in its Management Training Program in Casa Grande, AZ. As a Management Trainee, you will learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch and become the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.

You will receive mentoring, training, and pathways to run your own branch, grow the business, and develop your team in a culture of internal promotion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Must have 1 year of cumulate experience in the last 5 years in sales, retail, hospitality, or leadership activities.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and manage behind-the-scenes operations.
• Aim to run your own branch and develop your team through the MT program.
