Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for an immediate Management Training Program in the West Bend market (and nearby communities). As a Management Trainee, you will learn our business from day one at a neighborhood branch and progress toward running your own location while helping customers and partners.

The program emphasizes hands-on learning, mentorship, and development in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations, with a culture of promoting from within.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or within 2 semesters of graduating.
• 6 months experience in Sales, Customer Service and/or Management/Leadership.
• Experience as collegiate/professional athlete or leadership in military/community roles.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol convictions on driving record in past 3 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in future.

Responsibilities

• MTs start learning the business day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• Receive guidance and mentorship in a structured program to run a future branch and develop a team.
• Learn customer service, sales and marketing, finance and operations with a culture of putting customers first.
