Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in Eau Claire, WI. As a MT you’ll start learning our business from day one at a neighborhood branch, serving customers and partners while developing core skills in sales, service and operations.

You’ll receive coaching, mentoring and a clear path to future leadership, with opportunities to advance within Enterprise Rent-A-Car and related brands across West Central Wisconsin.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree, or be within 2 semesters of graduating.
• Must have 6 months experience in Sales, Customer Service and/or Management/Leadership.
• Experience as an athlete or leadership in military/community roles allowed.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations in 3 years.
• No DUI/DWI conviction in the past 3 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and manage operations.
• Develop to run your own branch and cultivate new business with your team.
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and support to succeed.
• Engage with the community to build relationships for future growth.
• Excel in customer service, sales, finance and operations with the customer first mindset.
