Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 4 year college degree not required, but highly preferred.

• Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.

• Flexible with evolving requirements and schedule.
• Proactive with high energy and leadership ability.
• Comfortable working independently.

• Supervisory or management experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain security of company assets, including vehicle inventory and cash.
• Control personnel expenses and assist other managers.
• Promote the location through sales calls to prospective customers.
• Communicate pricing and promotional strategies to PR, tradeshows, advertising, direct mail, and web marketing.
• Effectively manage across multiple departments within the organization.
