Qualifications

• Reasoning and Development: Ability to deal with practical problems and implement appropriate solutions.
• Money Handling Skills Assessment: Score 80% without use of a calculator.
• Language Development: Read product manuals and reports, workplace rules and procedures; speak with poise and confidence and/or effectively deal with customers.

Responsibilities

• Customer Satisfaction: Ensure all customers leave satisfied and manage complaints professionally.
• Operations Management: Assist the General Manager in achieving location goals and uphold standards.
• Associate Development: Complete orientation and training checklists with ongoing coaching.
• Property and Equipment Maintenance: Assist in maintenance and repairs, track repairs.
• Personal Development: Participate in structured management training and continue learning.
• Complying with company policies and procedures.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
