Responsibilities

• Execute the Mike’s Purpose, and deliver on our Team Member Promise.
• Customer Satisfaction: ensure customers leave satisfied with wash quality, staffing, and handling complaints.
• Operations Management: assist the General Manager to reach location goals and maintain standards at all times.
• Associate Development: complete orientation and training checklists; ongoing coaching and feedback.
• Property and Equipment Maintenance: assist maintenance and repairs; use the fix-it book to track issues.
• Personal Development: participate in a structured management training program and keep learning.
• Complying with company policies and procedures.
• Completing other duties as assigned.
