Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Management Training program in Appleton, WI. As a MT, you’ll learn the business from day one and be based at a neighborhood branch, serving customers and partners while developing skills to potentially run your own location.

You’ll receive guidance and mentoring in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations, with a culture focused on growth and internal promotion.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree or be within 2 semesters of graduating with a Bachelor's.
• 6 months experience in Sales, Customer Service and/or Management/Leadership.
• Experience as an athlete or leadership in military/community organizations is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• As a Management Training (MT), you start learning the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and act as the behind-the-scenes operations expert.
• In the structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills to potentially run your own branch and grow a team.
• You will receive guidance, mentoring, and support, plus opportunities to build community relationships.
