Murphy-Hoffman Company (MHC Kenworth) is seeking motivated individuals for its Management Trainee Program in Oklahoma City. This 7-month rotational program exposes you to Parts, Service, Leasing, and Management, equipping you with leadership and business skills to advance into management roles.

You'll learn from seasoned professionals, participate in projects across multiple departments, and gain hands-on experience in a family-owned, growth-focused organization with locations across 19 states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Relocation willingness for permanent placement.
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills.
• Ability to receive constructive feedback.
