Enterprise Mobility in Janesville is hiring immediately for our Management Training Program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch, serving as both the face of Enterprise to customers and a behind-the-scenes operations expert.

This structured program emphasizes training, mentoring, and a culture of promotion from within, with opportunities across Janesville and surrounding communities.

Qualificações

• Must have a Bachelor's degree, or be within 2 semesters of graduating with a Bachelor's.
• Must have 6 months experience in Sales, Customer Service and/or Management/Leadership experience.
• Experience can also include leadership in athletics, military, or community organizations.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations in past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction in past 3 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

This Management Trainee opportunity supports our Janesville market, with opportunities throughout Janesville, Beloit, Milton, Whitewater, Fort Atkinson, and neighboring Rock County communities. Placement may occur throughout the market and will be based on business needs and available opportunities.

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

In our hands-on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business.

Qualifications
