Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in Eau Claire, WI. As a MT you’ll start learning our business from day one at a neighborhood branch, serving customers and partners while developing core skills in sales, service and operations.

You’ll receive coaching, mentoring and a clear path to future leadership, with opportunities to advance within Enterprise Rent-A-Car and related brands across West Central Wisconsin.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree, or be within 2 semesters of graduating.
• Must have 6 months experience in Sales, Customer Service and/or Management/Leadership.
• Experience as an athlete or leadership in military/community roles allowed.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations in 3 years.
• No DUI/DWI conviction in the past 3 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

In our hands-on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business.

Qualifications
