Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in the Delavan-Lake Geneva market, covering Delavan, Lake Geneva, Elkhorn, and surrounding Walworth County communities. You will start learning from day one at a neighborhood branch and work toward running your own location.

You will develop in sales, customer service, finance, operations and leadership with a structured program, mentoring, and a clear career path within Enterprise Rent-A-Car and its brands.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree, or be within 2 semesters of graduating with a Bachelor's.
• Must have 6 months experience in Sales, Customer Service and/or Management/Leadership experience.
• Experience as an athlete or leadership in military or community organizations is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Learn our business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and handle behind-the-scenes operations.

This Management Trainee opportunity supports our Delavan-Lake Geneva market, including Delavan, Lake Geneva, Elkhorn, and surrounding Walworth County communities. Placement may occur throughout the market and will be based on business needs and available opportunities

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

In our hands-on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelors degree, or be within 2 semesters of graduating with a Bachelors.

• Must have 6 months experience in Sales, Customer Service and/or Management/Leadership experience.

• Experience can also include experience as a collegiate/professional athlete, or leadership experience in the military or community/social/academic organizations.

• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.

• No drug or alcohol related conviction (DUI, DWI) on driving record within the past 3 years.
