Job summary

Enterprise Mobility in Milwaukee is hiring immediately for our Management Training Program. As a MT, you’ll begin learning the business from day one at a neighborhood branch and prepare to run your own location in the future.

The structured program includes training, mentoring and a clear career path with opportunities across Milwaukee and surrounding communities, with promotion from within and ongoing support to develop leadership and customer-service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or be within 2 semesters of graduating.
• 6 months experience in Sales, Customer Service and/or Management/Leadership.
• Experience as athlete or leadership in military or community organizations acceptable.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations in past 3 years.
• No DUI/DWI in past 3 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• Gradually master sales, marketing, finance and operations to run your own branch.

This Management Trainee opportunity supports our Milwaukee market, with opportunities throughout Milwaukee, Wauwatosa, Glendale, Shorewood, Whitefish Bay, Grafton, Cudahy, West Allis, Franklin, Greenfield, Brown Deer, St. Francis, Oak Creek and surrounding Milwaukee County communities. Placement may occur at various Enterprise Mobility locations throughout the market and will be based on business needs and available opportunities.

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

In our hands-on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelors degree, or be within 2 semesters of graduating with a Bachelors.
• Must have 6 months experience in Sales, Customer Service and/or Management/Leadership experience.
• Experience can also include experience as a collegiate/professional athlete, or leadership experience in the military or community/social/academic organizations.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction (DUI, DWI) on driving record within the past 3 years.
