Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for immediate openings in its Management Training program in the West Tennessee market, including Jackson and surrounding communities. As a Management Trainee you will learn the business from day one and work at a neighborhood branch, becoming the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while developing operational expertise.

You will gain mentoring in sales, service, finance and operations, with a clear path to management as you demonstrate performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or currently enrolled with 1 semester left to graduate with a Bachelor's.
• Must have at least 6 months experience in one of the following categories: Sales, Customer service, Leadership.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations in 3 years and no major incidents.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and as the operations expert behind the scenes.
• Receive guidance and mentoring in a structured Management Training program and develop skills to run a future branch.
• Engage with community and build relationships essential to growing the business.

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team. In our hands-on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business. We’ll teach you how to excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations. And you’ll learn what it means to always put our customers first. Qualifications

• Sales (server, fundraising, recruiting, cold calling)
• Customer service
• Leadership - Military and/or college or professional athletics participation will be considered in lieu of sales or customer service experience
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the last 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol-related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years (ie., DUI/DWI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
