Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for a Management Training Program to develop leaders in the Tri-Cities market, including Johnson City, Kingsport, Bristol and nearby communities. Trainees will rotate through customer service, sales and operations while learning the business from day one.

You will be mentored, gain cross-functional experience, and have the opportunity to advance to branch management based on performance and business needs.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree, or currently enrolled with 1 semester left to graduate with a Bachelor's.
• Must have at least 6 months experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Leadership roles.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol-related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one as part of the Management Training program, based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while developing operational expertise.
• Receive mentoring and support to grow, with a path to run your own branch.
• Develop skills in customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations to deliver exceptional results.

• Competitive Compensation - This position offers targeted 1st year annual compensation of $51,200 - $54,200 with an average 45 hour work week.

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

In our hands-on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business.
