Enterprise Mobility is hiring for an immediate Management Training program in North Mississippi, with opportunities across Southaven, Olive Branch, Horn Lake, Senatobia and surrounding communities. MTs learn the business from day one and may be placed at various market locations.

You will be mentored and trained in customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations, with a path toward managing your own branch and building a team.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required or currently enrolled with 1 semester left.
• At least 6 months experience in sales, customer service, or leadership.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the last 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol‑related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years (ie., DUI/DWI).
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Placement may occur at various Enterprise Mobility locations throughout the market based on business needs and available opportunities.

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

In our hands-on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelors degree, or currently enrolled with 1 semester left to graduate with a Bachelor's.
• Must have at least 6 months experience in one of the following categories:
  • Sales (server, fundraising, recruiting, cold calling)
  • Customer service
  • Leadership - Military and/or college or professional athletics participation will be considered in lieu of sales or customer service experience
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the last 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol‑related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years (ie., DUI/DWI).
