Enterprise Mobility in Nashville is hiring immediately for a Management Training role. The MT program offers hands-on learning across sales, customer service, and operations, with mentoring and a clear career path within a nationwide network of mobility brands.

You will train at various local branches, support customers, and build leadership capabilities to eventually manage your own location. A Bachelor's degree or near completion plus 6 months in related fields helps you start strong.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or enrollment with 1 semester left to graduate.
• At least 6 months experience in sales, customer service, or leadership.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Learn and operate within the Management Training program, serving as the face of Enterprise Mobility to customers and partners.
• Develop the skills to eventually run a branch, cultivate new business and lead a team.
• Provide customer service, sales, and marketing support while learning the operations side of the business.

Placement may occur at various Enterprise Mobility locations throughout the market based on business needs and available opportunities.

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you'll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelors degree, or currently enrolled with 1 semester left to graduate with a Bachelor's.
• Must have at least 6 months experience in one of the following categories:
  • Sales (server, fundraising, recruiting, cold calling)
  • Customer service
  • Leadership - Military and/or college or professional athletics participation will be considered in lieu of sales or customer service experience
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the last 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol-related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years (ie., DUI/DWI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
