Job summary

Enterprise Holdings in Rapid City, SD invites university students to join its paid Management Internship, a program designed to build leadership and business skills from day one. You'll tackle real projects alongside professionals and learn how to run a fleet, serve customers, and develop marketing strategies.

The 10-12 week internship starts in May. Applicants must be rising seniors, able to commit full-time, hold a valid driver's license, and be eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Must be a rising Senior enrolled full time for the upcoming semester graduating with a Bachelor's Degree no later than May 2028
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 5 years (i.e., DUI, DWI)
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• 10-12 week commitment with the availability to start in May.

Responsibilities

• Develop leadership and business skills by tackling real projects alongside professionals.
• Learn fleet management, customer service, and marketing strategy: apply concepts to drive results.
• Engage in collaborative team work and compete in friendly performance incentives.
