Job summary

Enterprise is offering a Management Internship at our Spearfish, SD location. This paid internship helps students build leadership and business skills and mirrors the challenges faced by first- and second-year full-time professionals.

The role starts at $17 per hour and runs for 10–12 weeks from May. As an intern, you’ll tackle diverse tasks across fleet management, customer care, marketing strategy and relationship building, while completing projects and possibly earning performance incentives.

Qualifications

• Rising senior enrolled full-time for upcoming semester graduating with a Bachelor's Degree no later than May 2028.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on record in the past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Develop the skills to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Complete intern projects and participate in friendly competition with peers.
