Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is expanding its Management Training Program in the Stockton area. Selected candidates will begin learning the business from day one at a neighborhood branch, serving customers and partners while preparing to run a future Enterprise branch.

You will receive mentoring and hands-on exposure to sales, marketing, finance, and operations, with a strong focus on customer-first service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• CA driver's license required.
• Minimum six months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Not interviewed with Enterprise for the MT position in the last 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and support operations.
• Work in a structured program to eventually run your own branch and cultivate new business.
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and community engagement to build relationships.
• Learn customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations.
• Always put customers first in a culture of friendly competition.
