Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in Lake Havasu City. As a MT, you’ll learn the business from day one, serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners, and rotate through sales, operations, and service roles to build a strong foundation for future branch leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 1 year cumulated experience in the last 5 years in sales, retail, hospitality or leadership.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in 3 years).
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in past 3 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must not have interviewed with Enterprise for the Management Trainee position in the last 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Join immediate openings in our Management Training program and learn the business from day one at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while handling behind-the-scenes operations.
• Progress through a structured program to run your own branch, grow new business and develop your team.
• Receive guidance, mentoring and community connections to build relationships essential to business growth.
