Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Management Training Program at one of our Staten Island, NY branches. As a Management Trainee, you will learn customer service, sales, finance and operations while representing the Enterprise brand to customers and partners.

You will receive mentoring, training, and a clear path to advance within a culture focused on internal promotion. A 46-hour workweek is typical, with overtime where applicable, and a starting wage aligned with the compensation package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Sales & Customer Service or Leadership.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and support operations.
• Develop skills to eventually run your own branch and cultivate new business.
• Receive mentoring, guidance and hands-on learning to be successful.
