Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for a Management Training program in Inwood, NY. As a manager-in-training, you will learn our business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch, serving customers and supporting operations. The program trains you to eventually run your own branch, grow new business, and mentor a team.

You will receive mentoring and hands-on guidance in customer service, sales, and operations, with a culture of promotion from within and opportunities to advance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in Sales & Customer Service, Leadership, or related fields.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
• Must be living within a reasonable commute of no more than 1 hour.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured Management Training program starting day one.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and support branch operations.
• Learn to run a branch, cultivate new business, and develop a team.
• Receive mentoring and hands-on guidance to excel in customer service, sales, finance, and operations.
