Job summary

Enterprise Mobility invites you to join its Management Training Program in Staten Island, NY. You will start learning the business from day one as a Management Trainee, serving customers and partners while gaining hands-on operational experience at a neighborhood branch. The program emphasizes mentoring, career progression, and a culture of promotion from within.

A Bachelor's degree is required, with at least 1 year in sales or customer service and a valid U.S. driver’s license.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, customer service, leadership, or related roles.
Must have a valid, unrestricted U.S. driver’s license.
Must be able to commute within 1 hour to the location within 30 days of start date.
Must be authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorship required now or in the future.
Expected to work an average of 46 hours per week.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be able to read, write and understand English.

Responsibilities

Support and learn in the Management Training program from day one at a neighborhood branch.
Serve as face of Enterprise to customers and partners while gaining operational expertise.
Develop knowledge to eventually operate and manage a branch.
Engage with community to build relationships and business.
