Job summary

Enterprise Mobility in Las Vegas is hiring for an immediate Management Training Program. You’ll start learning the business from day one at a neighborhood branch, serving as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while handling behind-the-scenes operations.

The program trains you to run your own branch, grow new business, and mentor a team, with a strong focus on customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations in a culture that promotes from within.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years; no drug or alcohol related convictions in the past 5 years (i.e. DUI, DWI).
• Authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorship needed now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one in Enterprise Mobility's Management Training program at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and support day-to-day operations.
• Master knowledge and skills to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
• Learn customer service, sales and marketing, finance and operations with a culture of putting customers first.
