Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for an immediate Management Training Program in Helena, MT. You’ll rotate through sales, business development, customer service, retail management, and operations, learning the business from day one.

The program includes hands-on mentoring, a clear path to management, and opportunities to open and lead your own branch in the future while delivering excellent customer service and growing the market for our mobility solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 3 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in the past 5 years (DUI/DWI).
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require work sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• Work in a structured program to eventually run your own branch and cultivate new business.
