Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for a Management Training Program in Helena, MT. As a MT, you will learn the business from day one at a neighborhood branch and work toward running your own location, building customer relationships and developing a team.

You will receive mentoring and hands-on training across customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations to prepare for advancement in the Enterprise network. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 3 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions in past 5 years (DUI/DWI).
• Authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Start learning the business from day one while based out of a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• Learn to run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
• Receive guidance, mentoring and support to be successful and build relationships in the community.
