Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for a Management Trainee in Billings, MT. The program launches you into sales, service, and operations with a clear path to branch management.

You’ll begin day one in a Neighborhood branch, receiving mentorship and hands‑on experience across customer service, marketing, and finance. The paid program includes a first‑year target compensation of $52,000 with a ~46 hour week, plus benefits and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver's license with minimal moving violations in 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol convictions in 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Minimum age 18.

Responsibilities

• Start learning the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind‑the‑scenes operations expert.
• In the structured program, master knowledge to run a future branch and develop your team.
• Receive guidance and mentoring and engage with the community to build relationships.
• Learn customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations with a customer‑first mindset.
