Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Management Training Program in Fairbanks, AK. You will learn the business from day one at a neighborhood branch, serving as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while preparing to run your own branch and grow a team.

You will receive mentoring and training in customer service, sales and marketing, finance and operations, with a culture of promoting from within and advancement opportunities across our mobility solutions network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Military leadership experience (E4+) or 12 months sales experience in a commission-based role
• Must have valid driver's license with minimal violations in 3 years
• No drug or alcohol convictions in 3 years
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch
• Serve as face of Enterprise to customers and partners
• Develop skills to run your own branch and cultivate new business
