Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in Juneau, AK. You’ll begin learning the business from day one, serving as the face to customers and partners while gaining hands-on operations experience.

The goal is to prepare you to run a branch, grow the business, and lead a team. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree (preferred), military leadership experience at E4+, or 12 months in a commission-based sales role.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• Military leadership experience at E4 or above qualifies.
• 12 months experience in a commission/incentive based sales role.

Responsabilidades

• Learn business from day one while based out of a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as face of Enterprise to customers and partners and manage operations.
• Develop skills to eventually run a branch, cultivate new business and lead a team.
