Job summary

Enterprise Mobility in Cumberland, MD 21502 hosts a Management Training Program designed to launch your career across sales, business development, customer service, retail management, and operations. As a Management Trainee, you’ll learn from day one, rotating through branches and supporting teams to drive growth.

You will receive mentoring and structured progression toward leadership, with exposure to customer interactions, shop floor operations, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum six months experience in customer service, leadership or sales.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug, alcohol related convictions on driving record in the past 3 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Start learning the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operations expert.
• Learn to run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
• Be guided by mentoring and support in a hands-on learning environment.
• Learn customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations while putting customers first.
